OUR PROGRAMS
In response to the pressing need, a remarkable nonprofit organization has emerged to provide these children with the support, resources, and hope they need to heal and thrive. Meet "Keyz 2 The Future."
We Provide a variety of Support Groups:
OTJ Workshops & Courses: We organize support groups where children can connect with peers who have experienced similar losses. These groups provide a sense of belonging, understanding, and solidarity, helping children realize they are not alone in their journey.
Mentorship Program: Keyz 2 The Future pairs children with caring mentors who offer guidance, support, and positive role modeling. Mentors help children build resilience, self-esteem, and hope for the future.
Art and Expressive Therapy: Through art, music, and other creative outlets, we encourage children to express their emotions in healthy ways. These therapeutic activities allow them to process their grief while discovering their talents and passions.
Mission Statement: "Keyz 2 The Future" is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Black and Brown children in the Greater Bay Area who are dealing with the profound grief and loss resulting from gun violence and the loss of parents. Our mission is to create a safe and nurturing space for these children, offering comprehensive programs and services that promote healing, resilience, and empowerment.
